In Dubai, due to rebounding economic growth, a number of companies are doing any marketing strategies in order to attract those potential customers in particular. Some of them have extended or expanded their portfolio, while others are changing the name of their property so as to achieve their new plan for the company, including the owner of Coral Boutique Hotel Apartments in Dubai which is currently managed by Hospitality Management Holdings (HMH), one of the leading or fastest growing, fully-integrated hotel management & development companies in the Middle East region.
Based on the report, the decision has just come out when the owner wanted to serve alcohol at the dry property. For this reason, the management contract for the above-mentioned hotel operator has ended because of the fact that all the brands of the latter are indeed known as alcohol-free chain. So it could no longer manage the newly-planned and re-branded hotel of the owner due to such new plan of the company, which is to change it to ‘Donatello Hotel Apartments’ instead.
According to Madge Wales, CRM and Marketing Manager, he said that such re-branding of the hotel will help the company to some extent. As a matter of fact, it is planning to upgrade the property to Six-storey Hotel in order to increase more the number of rooms as well as to build another two restaurants and three meeting rooms.
In addition, as General Manager of Coral Boutique Hotel Apartments, Salim Touma also pointed out that the owner of the hotel already decided to manage the property independently. As a result, if once completed, the said hotel will be the first property of the owner in the UAE.
