The latest property launching of Emaar is more relaxed than the previous one

After the first successful launching of villas in Arabian Ranches, the developer, Emaar Properties which is one of the leading property management companies in the UAE, has decided to launch another hundreds of villas in the same community development project. As of now, after that second property launching, the company has already sold a total of 197 off-plan villas. However, many are expecting that those 253 villas would be sold out within this week or before this week ends because they are presuming that it should have the same results with the previous launching a few weeks ago.
If compared to the first one, Emaar is now selling those properties online; or rather it is asking all the potential buyers to register first in the company’s website before they can purchase villas that have the property sizes between 3, 100 and 3, 750 square feet.
Based on the report, the said project consisting of Moroccan-style three and four-bedroom villas is being published to be located on a plot of land bought by Emaar Properties from Dubai Properties Group (DPG), a company that specializes in high-quality properties for either rent or sale in well-established locations in Dubai, including Business Bay, The Villa, Dubailand, and Arabian Ranches.
According to Mario Volpi, as Head of Sales and Leasing at Cluttons, he said that the investors are still coming and purchasing properties; but if compared to the previous launching, the recently-launching of the company was considered more relaxed because of the fact that sales transactions are being made online until now. Then, after that launching, the company has received information from the Ruler of Dubai that it was chosen to be in tandem with Dubai Holding for developing the mega project, Mohammed Bin Rashid City which will feature the following: the biggest shopping mall in the world; more than 100 hotel properties; and Universal Studios Themed-Park.
