The Gateway, which is Dubai Sport City's initial commercial property, is expected be one of the most sought-after addresses within the whole Dubailand project.
These towers will be the icon of Dubai Sports City and the tallest structures within the entire development. As the highest point within the mega-project, the high-rise towers will command spectacular views of the entire Dubai Sports City development, including the magnificent stadium district and The Els Club championship golf course.With a total built-up area of 1,214,225 square feet and 44 floors of offices per tower, The key facilities provided by the Gateway covers a wide range, which includes more than a thousand underground parking spaces, a high-end restaurant at the top floor; health club and spa; a coffee shop and business centre at the ground floor.
The Gateway will be accessible to Emirates Road, providing local and international visitors with convenient access to all parts of Dubai including Jebel Ali waterfront, the historic quarter, and Dubailand.
