TASWEEK signs a MoU with Robert Irving Burns

27/11/2012

As Dubai’s economic growth is on the track, a number of foreign real estate companies are currently rebounding their confidence in the latter’s property market in particular. Some of them are in talks with the top property players in the UAE to be in tandem with them so as to capitalize on the positive outlook for the local market.

In fact, there are a number of property projects in Dubai, which have been either postponed or cancelled before; but now they are being recommenced. As Real Estate Marketing and Development Company, TASWEEK has recently signed up a ‘Memorandum of Understanding’ (MoU) with Robert Irving Burns ( RIB), a British Property Consultants Company established in 1962, in which the latter will solicit and source business opportunities for TASWEEK as well as assist in business due diligence; and lastly provide a market data. After that, in return, TASWEEK should be supportive with the RIB’s business transactions and evaluate mutual funding opportunities in both markets of United Kingdom (UK) and United Arab Emirates (UAE).

In the first place, TASWEEK, an advisor and solutions provider, has the following services: Purchase and Sale of Strategic Assets; Asset Management; Joint Ventures and Strategic Alliances; and Marketing Consultancy.

According to Masood Al Awar, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of TASWEEK, he said that Dubai in particular has indeed maintained its position as an Economic Hub so far; for it has already witnessed a positive growth due to its strategic handling of the real estate sector.

So, being in tandem with RIB, it helps the company globalize its property and service offerings. Indeed, each of its partners has been on board to cover a specific area of experience and responsibility because of the latter’s objective which is quite to cater its clients with immediate and positive response to their needs.
