Brussels-based company, Rezidor Hotel Group which cater hospitality. With the opening of Radisson SAS Residence in Dubai Marina, is launching its first luxury apartments in the UAE 1st quarter of 2008. It is owned by a Kuwaiti Real Estate Developer, Abyaar.

The 20 floor Radisson SAS Residence, Dubai Marina has been designed by award-winning architects KEO International. This real estate development will have 152 luxury serviced-apartments including 22 studios and 131 one and two bedroom suites.
