Real estate industry experts said, that investors who buy property for sale in Dubai could gather strong returns. The emirate is presently one of the greatest investment place in the world, according to emerging markets property advisors.
Ahmed Jamal, managing director of the group, said this is partly because Dubai has not been negatively affected the credit crunchHe commented: "People are talking about a global property crisis but the terminology is incorrect.
"There is a crisis in the US and parts of Europe but other places are doing well."Mr Jamal added that Dubai would be a "great place" for rental investors to consider, as the sector is strong and yields are currently on the up.
This comes after TheMoveChannel.com revealed that the United Arab Emirates is currently one of the main hotspots for investors from the UK.
