Nakheel launches again a new project on Palm Jumeirah

After the 33 property units were impressively sold out on Palm Jumeirah during the launching date itself of the Club Vista Mare, Nakheel Properties, one of the leading Real Estate Developers in Dubai, has unveiled once again its plan to build another property project on the same location. It is the Azure Residences that will be a 10-storey building comprising of 140 one-bedroom and 30 two-bedroom residential units.
Based on the report, the property prices for those apartments will range between AED 2.3 million for one-bedroom units and AED4.2 million for two-bedroom units as well. In addition, the single apartments are quite having an approximate size of 105 square meters and 130 square meters; while the two-bedroom apartments will have two sizes that will range from 197 square meters and 222 square meters as well as there will be exclusively having both terrace space and maid’s room.
If it is once completed in 2015, the building will offer the following features: infinity pool; a rooftop gym; 266 car parking spaces; some facilities for water taxis; a total of 9 restaurants such as the Breakwater Restaurant that will have at least 360-degree water and city views.
According to the company, the project has just been designed in order to maximize both the energy-efficiency and cost-effectiveness of their property investors, including having individual air-conditioning systems that will let them pay directly as part of their utility bills, which will help them reduce their monthly costs in particular.
