Price increase in Dubai property market may start to drop in 2010 as new 150,000 residential housing units ongoing construction are completed, approaching property investors to neighboring Abu Dhabi.
According to report, in Abu Dhabi the lack of housing units is more delicate and volume deliveries of new homes will take longer to come to market.
