Hotel Management Company in Dubai plans to open three new properties

One of the Hotel Management Companies in Dubai unveiled its plan to open another three new properties before this year 2013 ends. It is the Landmark Hotels & Suites that has recently opened the Ramada Deira Hotel which is the latter’s first hotel being franchised by an anonymous firm. Such initiative is indeed part of the company’s expansion plan to increase the number of its properties from 8 to 13 hotels just within two years from now.
According to Peter Janssen, CEO of Landmark Hotels & Suites, he said that the company plans to open one more property in Naif Road before the year-end itself and to expand more its hotel portfolio in Fujairah and other Emirates.
Actually, the hotel projects which will be located both in the above-mentioned locations such as Naif Road and Fujairah are expected to open this year. Then, the CEO added that the company is about to sign a new property in TECOM Area and currently negotiating with another contract in Dubai Investments Park (DIP) as well.
Furthermore, as Director of Landmark Zenath Group, co-sister of Landmark Hotels, Deen Sadig said that some of the company’s hotel products can be franchised, such as the Ramada Deira; and then itis still planning to open another hotel property in Jeddah, KSA. As a matter of fact, it has been already operating its branded-hotel in that country so far. It is the Landmark Suites Hotel Jeddah. So, in general, it has currently a total of eight hotels in the Middle East region. They are as follows: six hotels in UAE; one in Saudi Arabia; and one in India.
