Great Properties, UAE based real estate sales and marketing agency, has announced the culmination of its successful participation in Property Shopper 2008, which was held at the Al Ameera Ballroom at the Grand Hyatt, Dubai from 22 to 24 May.
Property Shopper 2008 was held next to the Worldwide Property Show, the best ever organization and recognized international real estate show in the Middle East, and was supported by the Government of Dubai Land Department, as well as the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA).
The exhibition brought together real estate consultancies, property brokers, lenders, service providers, developers, investors and financial institutions with the purpose of facilitating discussions, negotiations and transactions under one roof.
Following its tremendous success at Cityscape Abu Dhabi, Great Properties promoted the much-lauded Living Legends project, which is situated in Dubailand and is under development by Tanmiyat Group, ahead of the year-long launch of the project’s fifth and final phase, which consists of 3 commercial towers, 150 villas, a golf course, a golf hotel, a mall, 180 apartments, and various other facilities and features.
