According to a property developer, foreign investors are significantly contributed Dubai’s real estate sector. MAG Group said, that individual from other countries account for about two thirds of its custom at the present.
Mohamed Nimer, chief executive of the organisation, said this is partly because Dubai is widely seen as a secure investment option.He commented: "Investing in property in the [United Arab Emirates] is seen as safe and rewarding."
Mr Nimer added that buying property for sale in Dubai is also considered a better alternative to investing in bonds or stocks.He said the region's real estate sector is still one of the most important investment areas in the country as a whole.
The United Arab Emirates was recently included in Jet-to-Let magazine's list of the year's top ten investment markets.This puts it ahead of other investment hotspots including Turkey, while places such as Poland and Bulgaria have now been displaced from the list.
