ETA Star Properties is about to hand over hundreds of units before 2012 ends

As the property market in Dubai is now experiencing economic growth after a few years of being in the midst of crisis that entailed a huge downturn of property values in the said market. Nevertheless, the time has come that the latter is currently witnessing the same levels as of pre-crisis years; for the prices of properties are increasing as well as more properties have been scheduled to be handed over within this year 2012.
Actually, based on the report from Jones Lang LaSalle, a Property Consultancy Company in Dubai, it said that there were approximately around 6, 000 newly-completed apartments which were handed over in the previous three quarters of the year. Then, JLL still expected that there will be another thousands of units to enter the market before the end of this year 2012 and within the first quarter of 2013.
As a matter of fact, one of the property developers in Dubai that has a plan to hand over hundreds of units from its Centrium project which is primarily located in International Media Production Zone (IMPZ), is the ETA Star Properties, a Dubai-based Real Estate Developer. It is expected to happen before the year-end in particular.
According to Mohammed Ali, General Manager of the aforementioned Development Company, he said that the ETA Star has already resolved some of its construction issues; for it has recently appointed a new contractor that is currently working on the site, which will be the one to complete the project in the first quarter of next year. Besides, there are more developers in the Emirate that have ongoing projects which will be completed three years from now.
Moreover, there are a number of property developments in the Emirate that have more expected-new units to be completed from this year 2012 until 2014. They are as follows: Jumeirah Village that will have a total of 6, 300 units; Dubailand that will have approximately 6, 200 units; Dubai Sports City that will be having around 6, 000 units; Dubai Silicon Oasis that will also have at least 4, 200 units; and lastly Al Furjan that will have an approximate total of 4, 000 units if they are completed within that above-mentioned period.
