Emaar launches its Sky Collection in Downtown Dubai

As a master developer of Downtown Dubai in which the tallest tower, Burj Khalifa, and currently-largest shopping mall, Dubai Mall, in the world, Emaar Properties is about to open the sales transactions for its newly-launched hotel and serviced residences, The Address The BLVD.
In particular, the company is launching the so-called ‘Sky Collection Residences’ in the above-mentioned one of its iconic property projects in Dubai, which is an exclusive portfolio of residence, duplexes, and penthouses.
According to Ahmad Al Matrooshi, Managing Director of Emaar, he said that as the said project is indeed being developed in accordance with the highest-world class standards, it will possibly become the so-called ‘connoisseur choice’; for it will offer an opportunity to those property investors to have or to own ultra-luxury homes in the Downtown Dubai District.
