Emaar launches another hotel property project in Downtown Burj Dubai

In Q3 2012, Emaar Properties, the developer of the tallest tower in the world, which is the Burj Khalifa, successfully launched its new hotel property project in Downtown Burj Dubai. It is well-known as ‘The Address The BVLD Hotel’ that has a total of 200 rooms and 523 serviced-apartments, which is set to be completed two years from now.
Then, when 2013 started, the company once again launched another hotel property project in the same district in which the tallest tower is also located. It is The Address Fountain Views I & II. Surprisingly, after a month, Emaar never stopped its determination to launch again one of its The Address Branded-Hotels in particular. So, the hotel name is ‘The Address Residence Sky View’ designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill which are indeed behind the Architectural Design of the above-mentioned iconic tower
Furthermore, it has a total height of 230 meters and will have around 532 fully-furnished serviced apartments with floor-to-ceiling windows as well as it will be directly linked to Dubai Metro Station and Dubai Mall, the world’s largest shopping mall, through the newly-operating air-conditioned travelator.
According to Mohamed Alabbar, Chairman of Emaar Properties, he said that the newly-launched project of the company for this moth will possibly build growth both in the Emirate’s property and tourism industries that will offer all interested investors a premium choice of property in the prestigious district of Dubai.
