Emaar is about to launch its CASA Villas

On the coming 24th day of November, Emaar Properties is going to launch its new villa properties. So far, the company has just been inviting investors and companies by sending them with the following message: "CASA, the newest development in Arabian Ranches, offers you a truly exclusive lifestyle at Dubai's original desert paradise."
Based on the report, the said development comprises of three and four-bedroom villas which are available in six Moroccan styles. Each plot has the size between 5, 000 and 6, 000 square feet as well as with a built-up area of more than 3, 000 and less than 4, 000 square feet.
As a Managing Director of Emaar Properties, Ahmad Al Matrooshi said that it has been really a historic year for the company as it is reiterating all the credentials in order to be qualified for having world-class property assets in Dubai which is the Emaar's the so-called 'Home-Market' in particular.
Actually, after its successful launching of Panorama at The Views and The Address The Boulevard in Downtown Dubai a few months ago, which were fully sold within hours of their individual launched date, the new decision came out to build another hundreds of villas in Arabian Ranches so as to prove that the Emirate's property market is currently rebounding from the impacts of economic crisis. They are as follows: Jumeirah Park Legacy Villa and Palma Residences.
