Emaar has a new plan to build another hundreds of villas at Arabian Ranches

As the builder of the tallest tower in the world, Emaar Properties has a new plan to have another more than 250 villas at one of the iconic community developments in Dubai due to its previously-successful property launching regardless of the summer heat; for there were still a number of property investors or buyers who lined up outside the company's sales marketing office. For this reason, the latter has decided to build or launch new villa properties for the second time.
Now, just for the sake of having systematic and properly-organized selling of properties, the company lets the buyers register first in its website before they can purchase Emaar's properties. Then, the good thing is that the potential property investors are only required to buy the latter's properties through online.
Actually, those properties with Moroccan-style and four-bedroom villas named as CASA inspired by the Moroccan City of Casablanca will be located next to the Emaar's existing Arabian Ranches and opposite the Polo Club. Based on the report, it is set to be completed before the end of 2014. If once completed, it will feature the following amenities and facilities: health club, schools, cafes, and restaurants.
According to Ahmad Al Matrooshi, Managing Director of Emaar Properties, he said that such improvement or enhancement of the company's above-mentioned existing community development is just a positive result of its strategy to develop residential projects that will likely add value to its stakeholders in particular. Consequently, as this year 2012 is about to end, it has been a historic year for the company because of reiterating its credentials in developing world-class property assets in the Emirate.
Furthermore, as Head of Sales & Leasing at Cluttons, a Global Property Consultancy Firm, Mario Volpi said that it is expected to have more investors who will be having interest in CASA community development, especially in the forthcoming launching date of those another villas.
