Emaar attracts more Indian Investors
21/02/2013
Emaar Properties, one of the leading property developers in the UAE, was expanding its marketing strategy by showcasing properties in India a few days ago. In fact, the results were positive; in a sense that a lot of Indian Nationals have had an interest to invest in Dubai’s property market particularly.
Based on the report, the following properties which were being showcased are: The Address Residence Fountain Views I and II; The Address The BLVD; Standpoint, which are all located in Downtown Dubai, a place considered as one of the most attractive districts in the Emirate because of the stunning tallest tower in the world, Burj Khalifa; CASA Villas in Arabian Ranches Development; and Panorama at The Views.
According to Ahmad Al Matrooshi, Managing Director of Emaar, he said that such impressive outcome of the company’s special road-shows in international markets such as India is just a reflection of their strong confidence in the latter’s world-class projects as well as in the Emirate’s property market in particular.
Furthermore, the reason behind such successful property showcase in India is that the Emirate of Dubai has been considered as the second home of Indian Investors because of the city’s fastest-growing shopping, trading, tourism, business and real estate industries. So far, the Dubai Land Department (DLD) has unveiled the latest report with regards to investments spent by foreign investors in the Emirate’s property market in the previous year. As a matter of fact, 25 per cent or $2.45 billion was the total investments spent by Indian Nationals in the said market.
