Dubai reported to be one of the strongest performing property markets in the world

From the first quarter until the last quarter of the year, there have been a number of good or positive signs shown in Dubai’s property market, such as the increasing property prices; availability of some financial institutions offering mortgages to investors and companies; growing demand for properties which are primarily located in well-established developments; and the returning confidence of investors in the Emirate’s real estate industry.
As a result, based on the research from Knight Frank, a leading Independent Global Residential and Commercial Property Consultancy Company, it said that Dubai is currently predicted to be one of the strongest performing property markets in the world when 2013 begins. In addition, it reported that the Emirate is now behind the first two outstanding cities, including Moscow and Miami. Actually, out of 14 qualified cities in the world, Dubai has claimed the third spot so far. For this reason, such impressive result has been considered as a remarkable occurrence in Dubai’s property market in particular after being hardly affected by the so-called ‘Economic Crisis’.
So, in other words, as an International Property Broker, Knight Frank still expects that the prices for villas in Dubai will increase between 5 and 10 per cent, especially in the following community developments: Emirates Hills and The Palm.
Moreover, as Head of Research and Consultancy Firm for CBRE Middle East, Matthew Green unveiled its report that the average house prices in those established locations have reached at least a total of 13 per cent for the entire four quarters of this year 2012 as well as 20 per cent on a yearly basis. In line with this, he added that there will be no reason why the property prices in those areas should not increase by a similar amount in 2013 because of the above-mentioned positive results in the Emirate’s property market.
