Dubai International Airport serves 34.34m travelers in 2007

Khaleej Times purportedly that during 2007, as stated by The President of the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority (DCAA), Dubai International Airport accommodated a total of 34.34 million travelers or with an increase of 19.31%.
In addition to that, the airport has maintained a 15% average annual growth rate for tis six (60 consecutive year, after outdoing expected handling of 33 million passengers in 2007.
This increase is attributed to Dubai's rising popularity as an international focal point for commerce and tourism.
The president later concluded that the airport reported a rise in the number of flights by 9.81 percent last year, with December being the busiest month at 23,309 passengers.
A total of 260,530 flights were handled by Dubai International in 2007 or an average of 725 aircraft daily, as compared to 237,258 in 2006.
