Within this year 2012, DAMAC Properties which is well-known as a leading private luxury residential, leisure, and commercial developer in the Middle East region has received a total of five-different awards from three events including the International Property Awards, The OPP Excellence Awards in London, and an Award issued by PropertyFinder.ae.

Actually, during the previous Property Show or International Property Awards, the company received at least three titles for the following categories: Residential High-Rise Development for its luxury tower located in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA); Best Interior Design for its partnership with prestigious-branded VERSACE HOME; and Best Developer Website for its online property portal which has been an eighth-time winner in such category in particular. Secondly, DAMAC has received the award for being the Best Developer of the Year in the Middle East that was selected by a panel of highly-experienced and professional judges from across the world during the OPP Excellence Awards. Then, the last one was due to its creative work for Burjside Boulevard project which is located in Downtown Dubai that led it to be the Best Marketing Campaign of the Year awarded by PropertyFinder.ae Company.
br />According to Niall McLoughlin, Senior Vice-President of DAMAC Properties, he said that such continued recognition received by the company is a great honor for the latter as well as it is just a reflection of its being committed to merely cater quality products not only in the UAE but throughout the Middle East region as well.

In addition, as President of International Property Awards, Stuart Shield said that the overall standard was extremely high-meaning; for the company that wins one of the awards during the event has just shown exceptional levels of both professionalism and competence in their respective field itself.

As a matter of fact, DAMAC has never ceased to develop its number of property projects at pace, which are differently located across the Gulf Arab region over the past year.
