DAMAC launches a new management company to provide services to its hotel serviced apartments

As the largest property development company in the Middle East, DAMAC Properties has just launched its new luxury management company that will be responsible for providing hotel management services to the latter’s a number of serviced-hotel apartments not only in Dubai but throughout the region as well.
It is the DAMAC Maison that will manage all the elite hotel apartments of the company, which are indeed reaching around 4,000 units. Some of them are still under construction, while the others are now being operated until the end of this year 2013. Actually, the aforementioned management firm is offering high-end service capabilities within the property development industry in Dubai as well as providing a lifestyle and level of comfort. For this reason, Niall McLoughlin, Senior Vice President of DAMAC, said that everything in the company’s hotel’s guest will be taken care of with high standards of both professionalism and refinement with its highly-qualified service team in particular.
So, all the properties which will be operated under DAMAC Maison portfolio are having the following features: a luxurious and peaceful spa; high-end restaurants; stunning lobby areas with a meeting space; with dedicated and qualified staff; and fully-fitted kitchens.
Now, since DAMAC Properties started its operation in the Middle East Real Estate Market, it has already completed a total of 37 buildings with 7, 817 units, which are spanning approximately around 13, 945, 299.00 square feet in total. In addition, it has also another 66 buildings at various stages of progress across the Middle East and North Africa Region (MENA) that are consisting at least 12, 100 units.
