33 New Studio Apartments located on Palm Jumeirah sold out

After a successful launching of new project on Palm Jumeirah, which was the Palm Views comprising of at least 192 pied-a-terre style contemporary units as well as offering retail, dining, and fitness facilities, Nakheel has still experienced positive results for its newly and recently-launched beachfront project called as ‘Club Vista Mare’. It is a residential and recreation project which will be constructed on the same above-mentioned artificial archipelago.
Surprisingly, all of the 33 studio apartments of the said project were totally sold out during the day itself of property launching in Dubai. Actually, the property was being sold for AED23, 000 per square meter. According to Ali Rashid Lootah, Chairman of Nakheel, he confirmed that those apartments were quite sold on February 10, 2013. He further said that such impressive performance was just generated by on-going demand for properties which are particularly located on Palm Jumeirah.
Based on the report, the construction of the project which will be directly linked to the company’s newly-proposed Mall and Hotel on the same location that will have a total of 8 cafes & restaurants, retail areas, and gymnasium facilities will begin within this year 2013; or rather between the first half and second half of the year in particular. Then, it is planned to be fully completed before the end of 2015.
Lastly, Club Vista Mare, if once completed, it will cover almost 5, 000 square meters at the ground level as well as an additional 2, 740 square meters of residential space on the first floor. Then, each studio apartment will also cover a total of 50 square meters and will be attached with a private terrace. So the total price for each unit is around AED1.15
