147 newly released apartments of Emaar sold out within few hours

Last month, Emaar Properties PJSC, one of the leading property developers in Dubai, released a total of 147 residential units in its newly-launched project which is located in Downtown Burj Dubai: The Address Residence Fountain Views. Based on the report, all those apartments were impressively sold out just within few hours. They were being sold for the average price of AED2, 500 per square feet.
According to Emaar’s plan, the said project consisting of 280 serviced apartments will be completed after the first quarter of 2016. If it is once completed, the first six floors of the property will be exclusively for penthouse units with rooftop gardens; and it will have at least double-gazed floor-to-ceiling windows & adjacent balconies as well as it will be directly linked to the currently-largest shopping mall in the world, Dubai Mall.
Moreover, some registered real estate agents promoting the above-mentioned property to both foreign and local investors said that the prices for those apartments will be in the range between AED2, 200 and AED2, 600 per square feet, which is considered lower than the property prices for its previously-launched tower in Downtown Burj Dubai, The Address The BVLD, in November 2012. Actually, the payment terms offered by the company to its investors who will be interested to purchase one or two of the apartments are attractive. They are as follows: in the first place, they need to make a down payment of at least 15 per cent as a booking fee; another 10 per cent on June 30, 2013; 15 per cent in September 2015; and lastly around 15 per cent on April 30, 2016.
Then, as property buyers or investors, they will be satisfied with the following amenities offered by the company, including the fully-equipped health club and a rooftop recreation deck which is quite complete with landscaped amenities and water features as well.
