Manazel AlKhor will join a number of other luxury residential and hospitality projects under construction by third party developers in Culture Village, including the luxurious 6-star Palazzo Versace Hotel and D1 Residential Tower.

Dubai Properties has appointed contractor Sun Engineering to handle the project.
Investors should consider carefully the full commitment of the property purchase as it is has been difficult in recent years to sell off plan properties in the secondary market.
Investors who signup to this development and any other off plan development should be able to complete the payment plan over the coming years and get handover before looking to sell their property.
This is causing more investors to buy in read property rather then off plan developments.
