Landmark Hotels & Suites plans to open three hotels in UAE before 2013 ends

Landmark Hotels & Suites, one of the leading Hotel Management Companies in Dubai, has unveiled its plan to open at least three new hotel properties in the Emirate within this year 2013. In fact, such initiative is just part of the latter’s plans to expand its portfolio not only in Dubai but also in other cities or countries such as Fujairah and Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
According to Peter Janssen, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company, he said that LHS is now looking for a new location in which its new hotel property will be located. It will be either in Naif Road or in other well-established areas in Dubai that should be opened before the year ends. Moreover, the company is still about to sign another new properties in TECOM area as well as in Dubai Investments Park (DIP).
However, as Director of Landmark Zenath Group which is a diversified and reputed company that has interests in Construction, Facility Management, Restaurants, Trading, Investment, and Real Estate, Deen Sadiq, who is involved with the above-mentioned Hotel Management Company’s hospitality projects, said that some of the latter’s hotels could be franchised, including the Ramada Deira which is the LHS’ first hotel being run under such franchising agreement with Wyndham Group.
So far, Landmark Hotels & Suites has been operating a total of 8 hotel properties in the following countries since its inception in 1996: six hotels in UAE; one in Saudi Arabia; and also one in India.
