DAMAC unveils its new $1 billion project in Downtown Dubai

Last week, DAMAC Properties, a leading and largest property development company in the Middle East region, launched its new hotel and branded serviced-apartment project which will be located in one of the sought-after destinations in Dubai because of the stunning tallest tower in the world, Burj Khalifa. It is in Downtown Burj Dubai itself. It will be worth of $1 billion in total.
The said project will be called as ‘DAMAC Towers by Paramount’ that will be a four-tower project consisting of more than 540 rooms for Paramount Hotel & Residences as well as around 1, 400 serviced-residential units for DAMAC Maison. Actually, each tower will be having the same height of 250 meters. In other words, one of the four towers will comprise the Paramount Hotel & Residences; while the remaining three towers will be managed by the company’s hospitality division: DAMAC Maison.
Based on the report, the above-mentioned 4-tower project will absolutely have the so-called ‘common multi-level plaza’ that will offer the following: a selection of themed food and beverage concepts; a screening room; fitness centre; swimming pool; kids' club; retail and merchandising outlets that will feature the Paramount brand and other selected partner brands as well.
According to Thomas Van Vliet, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Paramount Hotel & Residences, he said that if the hotel project is once completed, it will offer a series of both dynamic and sensory experiences to live up to the company’s mantra of producing hospitality in particular; or rather the hotel’s guests will be led on the journey that will bring happiness and engage their emotions accordingly.
